Interesting name. Hope it has a modern look and music. I'm sure Kristie will make sure the content is great mixture of everything as it is now.

Starts November 8 according to the schedule, so 3 weeks to wait. I'm thinking the name "News Stream" makes it sound like it will be fast paced, a lot of live crosses?

This is perfect for Kristie. The energy, the feel, the fact that the name sounds like an online news segment... anyway, I hope to see it when it debuts.

It sounds interesting. I just hope it's not correspondents via Skype all hour or something like that.

I won't expect much from this show at least now.
It would be interesting to see how or if they do something new to the studio, or even bring out the newsroom. I hope Kristie continues with her 'tech' segments as she usually does.

If this is anything to go by, 'proper' correspondents will still appear

I just had a thought on something. According to a report I read the other day, it had a quote from Katherine Green saying the show will be "visually different" to anything else on CNNI. I hope that doesn't mean.... VIRTUAL SET. :sorry:

It looks like they made a new set area, it looks good, now I'm really excited to see the show. Kristie owns the touch screen wall of course. Also great to hear they will get an even bigger one, wow HK is on the map, FINALLY!

Wow, you move fast, ginnyfan. I'd only just finished posting that on the blog! :shock: :mrgreen:

CNN.com also has a short video from Kristie. You can see it here. A couple of quick caps from that CNN.com video:

Wow, the set looks amazing.:surprised::surprised::surprised:

It looks like they finally got rid of that gray wall from the previous look, 2 more pics from Kristie's FB.

Wow. I am speechless. I love the way they have incorporated the control room and made it into a whole new set. The show sounds really interesting and sounds like it will be really engaging while keeping us up to date with all the news. I really can't wait until this launches now.

It reminds me of Connect the World set. I just hope the blue background won't soak up all the lights as is often the case in London studio.

I love what they've done to the set. When they refreshed the set last year, I was hoping they would incorporate the control room into it. I'm still somewhat surprised they kept the anchor desk though.

This looks like it'll be a good show. I might try to wake up early tomorrow to watch it.

I see that the monitor links to a PC running Windows 7 and the Google Chrome web browser. Seems exciting for me.

I loved it, it;s everything I expected - still a news bulletin but with a nicer look, set is great, love the main close up shot with the gallery behind. Music is modern and reminds me a bit of the old BI theme cause of the piano in it. Kristie's bulletins always had more tech stuff in them then others so it's nothing new, love the gadgets and stuff they'll use on it.
