Those being either the "somber" piano theme, and the upbeat violins/drums/orchestra theme they use during the headlines of Your World Today and the Headlines segment itself.
I absolutely am in LOVE with both of those themes.
I know theres a higher keyed version of the headlines theme too, either one or both work!

Plus I'm not sure if I posted this. It's a long BI music, my favorite.

That one is great! Though I have to say, the other music they use in the other World Weather segments are better. There are two or three they have... but anything that can be posted Richard is always welcomed, and great!
Do you mean the one they play in the commercials, that says at the end 'go to CNN.com for 10,000 city forecasts'?
If so, then yes I can post that easily. 8) I like it too.

These two are YWT clips. The first is the intro sequence, in which I really love the background music. The second is the standard downbeat YWT ending music, but it laso has the bit where it goes drums only - you'll see what I mean if you play it. Unfortunately there's a Hamas supporter shouting things out all through the music, but it's still OK.
(I love what's 'Coming Up' on this one )
And here's the World Weather for CNN Viewer - David, I'll try my best to get some more, but the problem is that virtually the only CNN I watch is YWT, and they don't do the forecast highs on that. They do it on weekend WN with Ralitsa though, so I might be able to get some.

Hehehe. The problem is that most weeks I'm out studying all day while WNA's on, though fortunately I am at home most Tuesdays, so I can still catch it then. (You may have noticed most of my Anjali caps are from Tuesdays ). It was nice over Christmas being able to see (and cap) her almost every day. 8)
Also, what's all this about not watching WNA with Anjali?!

"Music has been written by Atlanta based composer Herb Avery, who has worked with CNN for a number of years, and is credited with much of the music that is currently to be heard on the channel."
"Music was written by Atlanta-based Herb Avery."
I searched countlessly for him, but there is no website or source for him on the Internet whatsoever.
Sometimes if you contact composers directly their nice enough to give you a theme or two, so I've experienced. But, I can't find him anywhere.

And best of all, there is an email address, though I don't know if it works. And a phone number.

Here's a pic of the man from that site:

Also, this is a compilation of all of the downbeat / somber Your World Today music from this site and from what I already had recorded myself months ago.
^Look for the CNNi_SOMBER.mp3 file. (The rest on there are videos I had recorded two years ago from The Weather Channel's graphics and music that I had liked.)
The first :38 seconds and the last 1:22 - 1:50 are what I already have.
The rest I recorded and used from what other people posted on here.
I had enough to put 1:22 of the theme together.
After 1:22, are just random bits IN NO ORDER of the first 1:22 of the theme.
