She is very good. Clearly not another case of a total beginner that's suppose to learn and get better on CNN, like all their recent aditions. She worked for years as a senior producer and then presenter on Sky News, the ultimate rolling news channel so it's no wonder.

Is she in addition to or in place of Linda Kinkade?

I was pleasantly surprised, expected another stumbling newbie, but she present very well indeed. Glad to see this!

If Hannah is in place of Isa Soares as anchor, I am all for it. But the only complaint is that she is a little too un-CNN. Would be better suited to AJE or BBC World.

That's a good point - she does seem a bit different than others, I still think she is great and better than many others nonetheless

But you don't like CNN.  Why would you complain that she's better suited to another station?

Quite to the contrary, CA

There's things I do not like about CNN, not all of CNN, otherwise I wouldn't watch it and be posting here :)

YES and I am not surprised. It is a great vote of confidence by CNN heads when a relatively new presenter gets to do 2 hours of breaking news in European prime time (without CNN US meddling in).

I believe HVJ anchored throughout the overnight ET simulcast of CNNi Newsroom today since I've started watching at 5pHK. Did somebody caught?

Natalie and George co-anchored an additional simulcast until 4amET/9amUK, then Hannah took over in the usual simulcast slot

(I say usual simulcast slot, but this must be the 5th Saturday in a row when the simulcast has been all night long - Brexit, Dhaka, Dallas, Nice/Turkey and now Munich)
