CNN & MSNBC providing live coverage on Dhaka. FNC taped. I'm impressed with MSNBC's coverage so far with in-depth analysis & multiple sources including a local media person in Bangladesh despite media blackout, while CNNI is a bit slow in gathering new details.

We'll have another hour of news from around the world as this broadcast continues to our viewers on CNN USA & CNN International. --George Howell

Thomas Roberts announced on his Facebook page today that Thursday’s edition of his MSNBC Live hour, which aired at 2 p.m ET, was his last.

But he is still with MSNBC another year...

Interesting that she mentioned CNN in there. I wonder if she actually had an offer from them.

MSNBC To Pair Stephanie Ruhle, Ali Velshi On New Business Show

"MSNBC management agreed, and Velshi & Ruhle will debut Saturday at 12:30 p.m. ET--a time slot just far enough removed from the tiring pace of political news to allow for something close to the office chats that inspired the show."

I saw the first one - not real sure about this show, but Ruhle is always worth watching.

Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle  also now co-anchor at 11AMET weekdays , Ruhle is still solo at 9AMET, and Velshi is the 3pm solo anchor.

Meanwhile Greta is out at MSNBC now.

Velshi also did 6PM ET yesterday, which is now MSNBC Live until the new show starts.

Also, Morning Joe dedicated a half-hour this morning to respond to Trump's tweets. Joe and Mika were "guests" on their own show, as they were supposed to be off on vacation today.

I saw that. If what they say is true - and given the track record of their foe I would believe them- it was down right scary. Especially the part about her kids being harassed etc and them being threatened. I guess the National Enquirer was going to "out" their affair but anyone who keeps up with the news business already knew about it. Sometimes I wonder if we don't have Tony Soprano running the country.

1298 more days...

Oh, and a little too much Velshi for me. I wonder who will get Greta job. OK - time for more important TV. The Astros!
