Jill is back to Moscow.
I regard her as one of the best experts of Russia in CNN. She has covered a lot of events in Russia.

Sending her back to Moscow means something, I think.

Interestingly, she used to be the Moscow bureau chief. I assume she knows some Russian. If that's the case, the State Department could have asked her what the Russian term for "reset" is so that Clinton et al wouldn't have been embarrassed by the incident and "lost in translation."

Is Jill now permanently based at the White House? She's been reporting from there for quite some time now. Thought she was Zains replacement at the State Department? I was wondering if she's also regularly reporting for CNNUS or if her job's basically to break it all down for an international audience?

She is one of those reporters that is not much discussed here, but I think she is a great reporter, and like Clancy, she has been with CNN for sometime now. Both are great. So maybe we should be praising the "old" reporter "school
" as well. ;-)

Wow. Jill was in charge of the Mosco bureau? Cool. I like Jill and I didn't know that she had once held a big position like that.

Yes, Jill disappeared for a while after leaving that position, then I think she turned up as bureau chief in Hong Kong for a bit (or it may have been the other way around). 'World Affairs Correspondent' sounds like such a classy title. Well deserved for someone of Jill's talents as well.

Jill is called "World Affairs Correspondent" on CNNI, but CNN US uses a different name for her.

I'm assuming Jill is in Pakistan following Hillary Clinton. It's nice to see her in the field.
