Did Robyn ever say how far along in the pregnancy she was? Just curious to know.

When I saw her last night she looked like she was getting along in the pregnancy. I'd be surprised if she is still on air by mid November.

i was thinking the same, I was supposing she will be the lead corresp. for next year's world cup, but i wonder how she will juggle her baby and her career next year.

I haven't really been paying attention these last couple of days, has Robyn been on recently? Perhaps she has already gone on leave now.

I saw a report from Robyn just 2 days ago. Is she back from maternity leave already? Or has she not gone yet and was just quiet for a few weeks?

Has anybody seen her on air recently? Robyn is still tweeting at least; her last tweet was 2 days ago.

Her episode of "African Voices" was about a Zimbabwean newspaper editor, and that's a repeat, so that doesn't count. In short, nope.

Although I'm quite peeved that live news is being replaced by canned news, at least we'll see Robyn back on tv.

Does anyone know how old she is? I'm just curious to know her age...

Robyn was really grilling (yes, pun intended) a McDonalds executive on Marketplace Africa this weekend.

Having spent an entire frosty winter morning covering World Cup stories on an outdoor shoot in Joburg, Robyn Curnow is only too grateful to be warmly ensconced back at the CNN bureau.

"All I can say is thank God for Ugg boots," she laughs.

Curnow, for the benefit of those who are unfamiliar with the name and face, is the host of CNN's Marketplace Africa, which was launched in March.

Before writing the show off as one aimed solely at business fundis, I watch it to get a proper sense of what it is about. The content is fresh, informative and engaging. I also found myself applauding Curnow's journalistic skills.

Before exploring her current portfolio, Curnow touches on her humble beginnings at SABC.

The new Marketplace Africa logo looks much better in the gizmo than the previous version.

I note that Robyn is still hosting Marketplace Africa, but she seems to have disappeared from regular correspondent duties of late. I hope it's not a permanent situation.
