Richard gets trapped in the shower again! He blogs about it.

How is it possible to become trapped in the busy terminal of a major airport for nearly an hour with no-one knowing you are there? Easy. Take a shower in the Swiss/Alitalia lounge at JFK. Read on!

On Saturday night I checked in for the Swiss flight from NY to Zurich. I was tired and smelly so decided to shower in the business lounge - Swiss uses the Alitalia lounge in Terminal 1.

I was given the key to my dressing room, with the glass shower cubicle off to the side. I disrobed and showered. Switching the water off, I knew I was in trouble. The glass door had become stuck and I was trapped inside the shower. I pushed, pulled, tugged and heaved the vast door, but to no effect. It wouldn’t budge. And with last year’s shower accident still fresh in my mind (That occasion required 22 stitches!), I certainly wasn’t going to force the glass. There was no alarm button to push!

Recenly, Richard has come to Romania to film Habitat project. The images taken will be part of a reportage about architecture that will be presented on his april show. He has also participate as volunteer at the project he came for.
It is a video with him, but his responses are translated into romanian so you will only be able to catch some words... Anyway, you can see him in a blue t-shirt and wearing a helmet. :D

Ok people, dont freak out, this might just be wrong but yesterday i went to You tube site to find some videos of quest, and in one of the several comments posted by the people, one of them wrote that he was gay and he knew richard very well. I dont have the exact video but you can surely go to the site and do some investigation.

Questy is open about his gayness, and why not?

Richard Quest of CNN said he turned down an offer on the grounds that being gay and Jewish might not be suitable

http://media.guardia...1946122,00.html

I am a Brit who has close to no interest in royalty and thinks we should throw the bums out but Questy has been at his Camp and Theatrical Best covering the Queen's US visit.

His latest Business Traveller promo is similarly camp and theatrical

Jon Stewart lampooned Quest tonight on the Daily Show about his coverage of the Queen's visit including clips of his reporting in white tie. Wonder if that will make the Global edition...
