On Quest Means Business Thursday. Will he be filling in more often now that Adrian has been appearing less?

He was a very different host on QMB, but I thought he did a good job. And we got to see him smile and have a bit of banter with Guillermo, so it was ok.

Yes. It was funny because he ended QMB and then popped up again with MME.

I wonder if John is going to be based in Abu Dhabi now. Two weeks running and MME has come from Abu Dhabi.

Pretty decent interview on Face Time this weekend I thought, anyone catch it last night?

They both sounded confident and there was an insightful bit from Stephen Green at the end as well.

He's normally in London more than he is travelling

We've seen him anchor QMB during the week, but it's not often he's on to offer analysis. I saw him yesterday weighing in on the blackberry ban story.

I'd like to see him anchor some more of QMB, it adds a bit of depth to the show.

Yeah, I didn't mind it the last time he hosted. He was a nice refreshing change, and it was good to see him for more than 15 minutes.

Reading his bio, it seems John used to be a big player in business coverage on CNNUS.
