Neither one of them are particularly competent to do anything.
But BP should be bled into bankruptcy for this. Living just a couple of miles from where their explosion killed 15 and injured almost 200 a few years back, we locals know exactly what kind of company they are. Drill and kill in the UK if you want, but not here.

Why make this a US vs UK argument? a multinational company like BP doesn't have patriotism to any nation nor does it do all it's business in any one country.

I wonder who will play him in the (speculative) movie - Colin Firth or Michael Sheen...
